Parent & Baby Room Update
From Monday 24th March our Parent and Baby Room at Telford Centre will be closed for refurbishment. The closure will be for approximately 4 weeks while we upgrade the facility for our customers.
In the meantime alternative facilities for baby changing are located as follows:
- Just down from Home Décor at Podium washrooms
- By the side of Next and just down from New Look at the Fashion Quarter entrance washrooms
- To the side of Frasers washroom
- Some of our stores with toilet facilities also provide a baby change facility, including: M&S Café and Muffin Break.
While the Parent and Baby Room is closed for refurbishment, our Quiet Room facility, which is designed to provide a quiet space for anyone needing to take time out of the shopping centre environment, is available for baby feeding. The Quiet Room is located within our Shopmobility Unit.
Our cafe's and eateries also welcome baby feeding and can provide a quiet area for mother and baby, these include Aroma, Muffin Break and M&S.
Should you require any assistance accessing any of these facilities while you are visiting, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our Customer Service Team. Our Customer Service Desk is located by Boots. We thank you for your patience and look forward to the reopening of our Parent and Baby Room once the refurbishment is complete.
