Loo of The Year Award Winner

Telford Centre have been awarded ‘Baby Changing Facilities for England’ and ‘Changing Places Facilities Highly Commended’ at this year’s ‘Loo of the Year’ Awards, meaning the facilities meet the top standards expected.

The Awards, established more than 35 years ago, are the culmination of a search to find the best ‘away from home’ washrooms in the UK. Inspectors travel England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic, making unannounced visits, to find the best loos across 63 categories and every aspect of these loos are graded against 101 judging criteria.

An often forgotten and overlooked asset, toilets are important for everyone and the team at Telford Centre recognise this.

We know how important having these services available is for our visitors while they shop with us, visit our eateries and enjoy our leisure experiences. We’d also like to thank our fantastic House Keeping team, who work across two shifts, and have been instrumental to gaining this award”.
